Roxiticus Valley is a New Jersey limited
partnership organized with the investment
objective of generating income and achieving
significant capital appreciation from
investments in a portfolio of high-growth
companies. The Fund seeks to make investments
primarily in privately held companies in rapidly
growing market sectors of the economy.
The fund invests in seed, early stage
(pre-revenue), and expansion stage businesses
especially those companies who can benefit from
a strategic relationship with Roxiticus
Ventures, LLC. ("Roxiticus Ventures") a business
management advisory, consulting and capital
solutions development organization. Roxiticus
Ventures specializes in business launch,
business expansion and transition, and business
value realization. Roxiticus Ventures and the
Fund have entered into a strategic partnership
relationship to jointly develop such business
opportunities.
