The Roxiticus Valley Fund is designed to
generate a high return by investing in a
portfolio of emerging private companies in their
start-up, early and expansion stages. The Fund’s management
considers investments in emerging companies that
we believe have innovative approaches to
solving industry problems or that have a
competitive advantage in the market.
The Fund plans to concentrate initially on those
early stage companies where the fund and its
affiliates can play a key role in developing and
shaping the business and guiding its management
through the difficult early stages of business
development and launch. We believe that we can
participate at the early stages in
these companies and have an impact on their
eventual success.
The Fund and its managers, advisors, and
partners plan to take an active role and to
contribute to the effort to launch and build the
business in which it invests.
Working with Roxiticus Ventures, the Fund often
provides infrastructure and other resources to
incubate business concepts and to maximize the
value of early stage capital and to support
founders’ efforts to maintain significant
ownership in the business.
The Fund is continuing to look at opportunities
within its scope of interest.
